Amazon’s union-busters
Amazon loves to call our union a “third party,” but they’re the ones bringing in third-party union busting consultants and lawyers, disguised as “employee relations” staff, to tell lies about our union. Here are some of the union busters at KCVG right now.
Meet Mark Bonfanti
He owns his own anti-union law firm, after a stint at HGRS LLP. He likes to call union members “bottom dwellers” from the comfort of his $1.6 million home.
Meet Brian Kurtz
He’s a former partner at Ford & Harrison, a notorious union busting firm whose offices were protested by transit workers in 2013.
Meet Charles Lee
He’s a former attorney at the notorious Jackson Lewis, a firm accused of aggressively surveilling and spreading misinformation around unionization efforts.
Get the facts from coworkers, not management
Check out the demands we’re actually fighting for, and get the facts on some common lies that Amazon likes to tell about us
Meet Todd Nierman
He’s been a top union-busting lawyer for decades, with experience at multiple major union busting firms. How do you think he got his two $1 million homes?
Meet Sachin Sehgal
Is it weird that he can boast “corporate director at several hotel chains” on his resume? We don’t have a flyer for him yet, but you can ask him about his $1.5 million California home when you see him at KCVG.
Help us fight these union busters’ lies!
Check out some questions you can ask Amazon in “small group meetings” to help expose their lies to our coworkers.
Know of a union buster we haven’t found yet?
Amazon has gotten better and better at hiding their union busters, so there may be more at KCVG than we know about. If you know one who’s not on the list, talk to your coworkers to help us figure out who’s getting paid to spread lies about our union to protect Amazon’s profits!
