We’re Amazon workers

at the company’s largest air hub. We’re organizing a union to fight for demands like a $30/hr starting wage, 180 hours paid time off, translation rights at work, paid childcare, and union representation at disciplinary meetings. ALU-KCVG is a democratic, worker-led union and we have the support of unions across the country.

Are you a KCVG worker?

WE’RE FIGHTING FOR STRONG DEMANDS

$30/hr

starting wage

so we can pay for gas, rent, and food

180 hrs

paid-time off

so we can relax and spend time with our families

Union reps

at disciplinary meetings

to end favoritism and retaliation

Translation

rights at work

to stop discrimination and harrassment

Childcare

paid by Amazon

because Amazon needs to recognize that our families matter, too

WE HAVE A MOVEMENT BEHIND US

“What you are doing today for yourselves will have an impact on future Amazon workers both in this country and all around the world.”

Nina Turner, Ohio State Senator 2008–2014

“What you achieve here at KCVG will show workers everywhere that the days of Amazon taking advantage of workers are over.”

Sherrod Brown, Ohio State Senator since 2007

Our union drive is fighting alongside dozens of unions and community organizations

WE’RE BUILDING AN ACTIVE, WORKER-LED UNION

Support our union with a donation

Amazon spends millions every year to stop workers from unionizing. We’re fighting to put those profits where they belong – into workers’ pockets. Our campaign is entirely funded by working class people. When we win a contract, our local union leaders will make the average wage of the Amazon workers they represent. Decisions about how money is spent are made democratically by KCVG workers.
Pitch in $30 (or more!) to support our struggle for a $30/hr starting wage and a union. Even $1 goes a long way!
